ANDY CLAYTON

Crawley born, 26-year-old Andy Clayton left school at 16 with a handful of GCSEs to hang out with friends and other unsavoury characters at a pub in Nottingham. It was here that his love of all things reckless was cemented forever. From bar tendering to becoming one of London’s hottest music agents in town, one thing that has remained constant in his life is motorbikes. With a collection of three motorbikes to flaunt, including a Harley Davidson® XHH1000 hard-tail chopper, a FZR 600 and a CB 500 Four, each bike serves a different purpose.

ALEX HARRISON/ HEX HARRIJON

Having growing up with bikes and working on boats between South Africa and the Caribbean, Hex found himself in London seven years ago where his interest in motorbikes was sparked. Whether it is getting stuck into academic books or getting dirty in the kitchens, Hex will do anything to get a bit of extra cash so he can go riding by night and continue his passion for rebuilding and customizing motorbikes.

FIDS

Mark Findlay a.k.a ‘Fids’ is considered a legend amongst the BMX and skateboarder community. Having ridden for 4Down/S&M bikes for almost 20 years, Fids is continuing to kill it. Despite tearing up the streets in East Sussex, Fids also works as a carpenter. Having appeared in many great full-length videos including the highly regarded S&M’s ‘BMX Inferno’ from 1995, Fids established a winning formula for his all sections still to come – badass tricks, ridiculous crashes, plenty of laughing, and a bit of skating thrown in for good measure.

SIMON ERL

German-born, Simon was raised in Auckland, New Zealand and apprenticed under world-renowned Te Moko specialist Brent McGowan, before relocating to London in 2003 and opening his own studio; The Dungeon. Over the past decade Simon has tattooed throughout Asia and Europe and has become a regular guest at tattoo conventions around the globe. Now tattooing from Hackney’s legendary Dharma Tattoo, Simon dares you to give the tattooist a healthy tip!

JAMES JORDAN

Building bikes out of a warehouse in the heart of Hackney Wick, James Jordan is the true founder of Kingdom of Kicks. James’ passion for bikes sprung following a snowboarding season in Kashmir, where he bought an old Royal Enfield and from there he began buying more and more bikes to work on. His first full build was a 1977 cj360 named Moonshine, which took two years to complete but he learned lifelong skills that are required to customise a bike including wiring, welding, engine work and fabrication. His own personal taste for vintage choppers has led him to customise his 1970 t120 triumph into a chopper and has also started work on a 1957 FL Harley Davidson®.

TAMARA BELL

I’m a designer from London. I run two companies, Burds and Almeida London and have been riding bikes since I was 17!
