A self-taught electrician, poet and all-round tinkerer, he revolutionized modern tattooing and created an artistic legacy that is still felt today.

The Sailor Jerry brand actually started as a small indie company printing Jerry "flash" on t-shirts, belts, sneakers and work shirts. Then we made the rum based on the spirit sailors used to drink - and it started to outsell everything else. But we haven't forgotten our roots. We still keep Sailor Jerry's legacy alive with clothing for men and women.
