How to Make Sailor Jerry Ride On

  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
  2. Shake and strain into an ice filled highball glass rimmed with GYAO Mango Habanero Seasoning.
  3. Top with 3 parts IPA beer of choice.
  4. Garnish with a lemon slice.

Ingredients

How to Make Sailor Jerry BBQ Ribs

  1. Stir together Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum, limeade concentrate, 3 1/2 cups cold water and 1 can ginger beer in a punch bowl.
  2. Scoop the ice cream into the punch. Pour the remaining 2 cans of ginger beer over the top to create a foam.
  3. Peel off the membrane from the ribs for the best results

  4. Apply a light coat of yellow mustard on both sides

  5. Season ribs with GYAO Infidel Pork Rub, bone-side first

  6. Let ribs rest for 15-20 minutes

  7. Set your smoker or oven to 250-275°F

  8. If using smoker, GYAO recommends a mix of pecan and hickory pellets

  9. Place ribs in smoker or oven and spritz with apple juice every 40 minutes

  10. After 3 hours, remove ribs. Add 5-6 pats of butter and wrap in foil.

  11. Place ribs back in the smoker or oven for 1 hour

  12. Unwrap ribs, coat with Sailor Jerry Ironsides BBQ sauce and let them cook for another hour

  13. Remove ribs from smoker or oven once they reach an internal temperature of 195°F

  14. Allow ribs to rest for 10-15 minutes, add more sauce as needed before serving

How to Make Sailor Jerry Chicken Lollipops

  1. Remove the skin and membrane from the top of the bone so just the meat is left

  2. Season the drumsticks with Cajun seasoning and wrap the exposed bone with foil to preserve the color

  3. Preheat the oven or smoker to 300 degrees

  4. If using a smoker GYAO recommends pecan wood

  5. For the glaze, warm the Sailor Jerry Ironsides BBQ sauce in a small saucepan

  6. Once the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 175 degrees, dip each drumstick into the sauce and return them to the oven or smoker for another 10 minutes

  7. Remove chicken from the oven or smoker and let rest for 10 minutes before serving
