Beginning in 1997, Eric Jones apprenticed at Sid's Tattoo Parlor under Sid Stankovits and Rob Silva, located in Santa Ana, CA. Both Sid and Rob came from different corners of tattooing: Sid being self-taught and Rob learning at the Pike from none other than Col. Todd. Serving one year as an apprentice and five as an artist, Eric left Sid's in the spring of 2004 to cross the country and arrive in Brooklyn, NY. In Brooklyn he worked at Saved Tattoo and now works at one of New York's finest parlors, DaVinci of Wantagh, Long Island. Eric is now taking time to pursue fine art ambitions, and will be looking for a new location in the near future.
