Punishing. That's easily the best way to descirbe Zeke's sound. If you're a stickler for detail you could insert a standard rock cliche. Like…loud, fast rock 'n' roll.
The thing about this band is that they take everything you love about rock music and amplify it (pun intended?) to the highest degree possible.
In 2002 the band literally imploded at a London gig. I hadn't seen them since reuniting and, luckily for those of us that like our music with a dirt aftertaste, the band hasn't lost a bit of its impact.
This show was a warm up for their upcoming US supporting Nashville Pussy. Check em' out if they come through your town. You won't be disappointed. Although, you might want to invest in some earplugs!
